We've managed to get hold of a few bottles of this cult white wine, something you rarely see on lists.  Widely considered to be Spain's greatest unoaked white wine, it's a tiny production from a 1.2 hectare plot of old vines.  It's really very complex - crisp and fresh yet with underlying weight and almost an oiliness to the wine (think Rhone whites).  Very minerally with notes of flowers, white stone fruit, citrus, honey and a hint of Asian spice.  It manages to be both light and weighty at the same time - sounds odd but that's what I wrote when I tasted it.  Some cream on the palate from lees ageing which adds texture, I think this will develop wonderfully despite not having massively high acidity.  Superb.
