it is truly exceptional. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e100% fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, dosage 9g\/L.  The nose is enticing, laden with notes of citrus, subtle tropical fruit, brioche and apple.  The mouthfeel is wonderful, crisp, silky, pure and fresh with zippy acidity and a finish that probably lasts two minutes.  Beautifully balanced and revealing more of itself as you sip - given it's the smallest GM house and the quality is exceptional.  The Blanc des Millenaires is truly a stunner, produced from 100% Chardonnay from four of the finest Grand Crus in the Cotes des Blancs - served in a wine glass not a flute, with the bottle placed on the table, not in an ice bucket.  The proper way to drink grower champagne and good white wine!  So we're delighted to be able to finally list a few of their wines.  The Brut Reserve is the introduction to their range but what an introduction!  Antonio Galloni sums it up perfectly -
