Cedric Bouchard has quickly established himself as a superstar grower and his micro production Champagnes are some of the most sought after in the region. Val Vilaine, which is 100% Pinot Noir (disgorged 2024), is beautifully weighted with fragrant fruit, minerality, freshness and a gentle mousse. It is sensational.
