Delivery

We do our very best to keep delivery prices as low as we possibly can but we also realise that you get what you pay for.  Therefore, rather than broken parcels, missed deliveries and upset customers, we have decided to pay a bit more for premium eco friendly packaging that keeps your wine safe and a decent courier who breaks very little, delivers on time and offers clear tracking.  Whilst we cover some of this cost in your order, we can't offer this premium service for nothing (we don't work on high margins in the wine industry).  We've tried to be as fair and competitive as we can but some things are out of our hands.

Free Local Delivery (TN1, TN2, TN4) –  if you spend over £75.  £5 delivery charge for orders below this amount.

Free UK Delivery -  if you spend £150 or over (exceptions apply - see below).

£9.95 Per UK Delivery Address –  for orders under £150.

Collection – you can collect from our premises in central Tunbridge Wells.

Isle of Wight - £20 per delivery (free over £250)

Scottish Highlands - £20 per delivery (free over £250)

Scottish Islands - £35 per delivery (free over £500)

Northern Ireland - £30 per delivery (free over £500)

We do not currently ship to Europe as the current charges and paperwork involved make this prohibitively expensive.

We package all of our wines carefully in environmentally friendly courier packaging to try to avoid breakages. Our couriers will contact you by text on the day before delivery confirming the delivery date and estimated time and giving you options, including changing the delivery day, collecting from their depot or leaving your parcel in a safe place at your property.  If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, this is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from this.

We endeavour to deliver all parcels as soon as possible – usually within 3 working days – but there may be times when delivery times are longer.  If we are out of stock of a wine or there is going to be a delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
