Described as "the most coveted domaine in the Northern Rhone" by France's oldest newspaper, Le Figaro, this estate was only set up in 2017 by Jean-Charles Fournet.  Taking advice from fellow winemaker friends such as Pierre-Jean Villa, Christine Vernay, Yves Gangloff and Thierry Germain (oh, to have such friends!), Jean-Charles realised the best way to maximise the potential of this great site was to work as naturally as possible and focus on quality.  The results are stunning wines across the board, wonderfully elegant and pure, letting the terroir express itself.  This Condrieu is wonderfully aromatic with notes of peach, nectarine and almond along with a subtle creaminess.  Full bodied and opulent on the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced with a refreshing mineral edge.  A rich, lengthy finish just makes you want to dive right back in.  Top notch.
