We've been huge fans of David Moret's wines since we first came across them a few years back, and they keep on getting better and better. This was a great vintage and you know a wine is good when you just want to drink it rather than writing a detailed tasting note. Therefore, I just put down "Crisp, fresh, crystalline, lemon, peach, nectarine, flint, creaminess, precision, balance, length, harmony, subtleness. Excellent. Yes." Sometimes you don't have to waffle on to know a wine's lovely.
