This is a great find as it's made under the watchful eye of Albarino master, Eulogio Pomares (winemaker at Zarate). It's from Val do Salnes, probably the top sub region in Rias Baixas, and is a cracking Albarino. Fresh, crisp and easy drinking with lovely fruit - melon, pear, peach and citrus - along with a hint of fennel, minerals and a touch of saltiness, it's a really well made wine. A joy to drink.
