A legendary name in Japanese whisky that developed significant cult status following its closure in 2000.  Karuizawa are among the rarest and most sought after whiskies in the world and this is a single malt released in the 1980s that is meant to be stunning - sweet and creamy with fruits, flowers, herbs, wax and salt, wonderfully balanced with a softly spicy finish.
