This wine has become a bit of a cult favourite over the past couple of years, being produced in conjunction with the guys at Noble Rot when they were looking for a house white that massively over delivered. They've hit the brief brilliantly with this, a fresh, crisp, spritzy wine with a bit of texture, light alcohol and great length of flavour. It's fruity - lemons and limes to the fore - but bone dry so works well with lots of foods. Or equally on its own with some good friends. Very moreish and great value.
