We've been coveting the wines of Aubert for some time now so we are delighted to be able to finally list them. This is one of California's great producers and their wines are simply sublime. The Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is sensational - superbly balanced and nuanced with an array of flavours - citrus, pear, apple, lemon curd, peach, mango, butter, smoke and more. The fruit is wonderfully ripe and juicy but it's a dry wine with crisp acidity, a hint of minerality and superb length. It's so lovely that words struggle to do it justice and part of a really fine portfolio.
