A wine that never lets you down and is such a great all rounder that it's simply foolish not to keep a few bottles to hand. Deeply coloured, the expressive nose leads into a silky palate with dark brambly fruit, cherry, chocolate, pepper and spice. The fruit is really plush leading to a velvety mouth feel with soft tannins, good acidity and great length. This always over delivers, is superb value and I've yet to find anyone that doesn't like it. And, having visited them, they are lovely people too!
