Crystallum's top wines have become so difficult to get hold of now (high demand, small production) that we thank our lucky stars that they make this as well. Peter Max is made from five different vineyards, sometimes from vines that will end up in their top single vineyard wines, and it's an excellent Pinot Noir in its own right. Packed with bright fruit, lifted aromatics, sweet spice and fine grained tannins, it showcases what an excellent producer this is.
