This Tasmanian Pinot Noir is a stunner - aromatic with fresh cherry and berry fruit, savoury spice, hints of bay leaf and subtle toasty oak. The wine has wonderful finesse, bright acidity, silky tannins, perfect balance and a lengthy finish, and drinks wonderfully on release but gains additional complexity with a few years in bottle. Sensational and a must have for any Pinot Noir lover.
