Whilst the Mullineuxs are well known for their brilliant still reds and whites, their sweet Chenin is considered one of the New World's finest dessert wines. It's made from two parcels of 40+ year old bush vines, late harvested and then the grapes left to dry in the shade outdoors for 2-4 weeks. This concentrates the sugars, acids and flavour resulting in a brilliant wine of great intensity, vibrancy, balance and length. Packed with dried apricots, citrus, candied peel, honey and spice, velvety and luscious with vibrant acidity and great length. Exceptional.
