Two grape varieties that are new to me but here they are blended to produce a really lovely wine. It's sort of in the Viognier spectrum, quite mouth filling with peach, pear and baked apple notes, but balanced by a nice minerality and fresh acidity. There's a little warming spice, a touch of almond and a hint of creaminess on the finish, and overall it's quite textured and layered. Elegant, fresh, deep, moreish, and a little bit different, very nice on its own but rich enough to pair well with a range of dishes. Try it - we think you'll love it!
