We're always on the lookout for great wines and, when they are great and a little bit different, that's even better. This Provence white, from one of the region's most esteemed producers, is an aromatic beauty. Crisp and fresh with notes of exotic fruit, peach, apricot and citrus, as well as jasmine and elderflower. Really good balance on the palate with additional hints of melon and grapefruit, with zippy acidity and nice minerals. It just ticks all the boxes for a really lovely summer white that goes down rather too easily.
