We've been trying to find a decent Cremant for a while so were very pleasantly surprised to come across this excellent fizz from our old friends at Boisset. Made in the traditional method, this is a beautiful pale pink colour with a nose of subtle red fruits and rose petal. With a fine mousse, the palate displays fresh berry fruit, soft spice and lovely crispness, with a refreshingly long finish. Perfect for summer, Easter, Christmas - or any time of the year for that matter!
