NJ's Seadragon Pinot Noir is something you rarely see available as they only produce it in tiny quantities in great vintages. The few times I've drunk it, it has been sensational so we were delighted to be able to grab some of the latest vintage (some of which has gone straight into my own cellar). My sort of Pinot Noir - delicate, silky, sensual but packed with a complex array of flavours and subtle nuances. Develops wonderfully as well.
