Oniv is part of an exciting new collection of wines conceived by Master Sommeliers Gareth Ferreira (CORE by Clare Smyth) and Ronan Sayburn (Le Manoir, 67 Pall Mall), with the objective of showcasing South Africa's most spectacular terroirs and most distinguished winemakers.  

Oniv was made by the great Ian Naude, produced from old vine Chenin (with 10% old vine Colombard added) and it's a beauty.  Very precise, elegant and minerally, it showcases bright peach, mango, quince and honey along with zippy acidity and great length.  And, whilst drinking wonderfully now, it will develop further in bottle.  A great addition to our portfolio.
