We've managed to get our hands on a few bottles of their white, a sumptuous and wonderfully balanced blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Rousanne. Complex, plush and textured with notes of apricot, peach, almonds, star anise, orange pith and minerals (plus a subtle saline twang on the finish), this is a wine that's a must try.
