An amazing multiple trophy winning producer, Tolpuddle is fast becoming a cult winery (check out their sublime Chardonnay too). This Tasmanian Pinot Noir is a stunner - aromatic with dark cherry and berry fruit, savoury spice and hints of olive. With bright acidity, silky tannins, perfect balance and a lengthy finish, this drinks wonderfully on release but gains additional complexity with a few years in bottle.
